General Manager
Michael Lipford serves as Chief Operating Officer at CrossRoads Harley-Davidson, where he brings years of leadership experience and a lifelong passion for the open road to the heart of the dealership. His Harley-Davidson journey began in 1996 when he purchased his first Heritage Softail—an experience that ignited his enduring love for riding.
Michael began his career at CrossRoads as General Manager, where his dedication to excellence and team development set a strong foundation for the dealership's continued growth. In 2016, he was promoted to COO, a role in which he oversees operations, fosters a customer-first culture, and drives the strategic vision of the organization.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren, staying active with pickleball, and embracing the freedom of the road on two wheels. His leadership is grounded in authenticity, passion, and a deep respect for the Harley-Davidson legacy.
Cody Mabe
Business Manager
With over 16 years of dedicated experience in the Harley-Davidson industry, Cody brings a deep passion for motorcycles and a wealth of knowledge to his role as Business Manager at Crossroads Harley-Davidson. He spent 6 years honing his leadership skills as a Sales Manager, where he guided teams and ensured exceptional customer service. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in Finance & Insurance (F&I), helping riders navigate the purchase process with confidence and ease.
Cody’s love for two wheels started early—racing motocross as a child sparked a lifelong passion for riding. He’s been in the saddle for 33 years, and his very first bike, a classic Springer, still holds a special place in his heart.
Known for his approachable demeanor and commitment to excellence, Cody is driven by a simple goal: to share the freedom and thrill of the open road with every rider who walks through the door.

Rob has spent the past seven years working in the Harley-Davidson business, gaining extensive experience in the motorcycle industry. A passionate rider since the age of 18, Rob owns a 2015 Road Glide Special and thrives on the adrenaline rush of the open road. With a deep appreciation for Harley-Davidson’s legacy and the thrill of motorcycle riding, Rob continues to blend professional expertise with personal passion for two-wheel adventures.

With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Keith is a seasoned Master Technician at CrossRoads Harley-Davidson and a cornerstone of the service department. Known for his precision, deep technical knowledge, and dedication to the Harley-Davidson brand, Keith takes pride in keeping bikes running at their best—and he genuinely loves turning wrenches.
A true rider at heart, Keith doesn’t just work on motorcycles—he lives the lifestyle. He rides every chance he gets, including to and from the dealership, rain or shine. His commitment to quality workmanship and passion for riding make him a trusted resource for both the team and the CrossRoads riding community.

Welcome to CrossRoads Harley-Davidson®! My love of motorcycles started at a very young age. I have a passion for road racing and drag racing motorcycles. My preference is drag racing Harley-Davidson® motorcycles, it's one of the most peaceful things I get to participate in
In September of 2000, I was invited to join the CrossRoads Harley-Davidson® team. I began my career in the parts department under the guidance of our parts manager Marty. In 2006 a position became available in the motorcycle sales team. I transitioned into sales and have developed relationships with our customers that love riding as much as I do.
If I'm not at CrossRoads Harley-Davidson® I will see you on the road!

Arnie has been a dedicated member of the Harley-Davidson team since 2004, bringing over two decades of experience to the brand. Arnie spent 16 years turning wrenches, ensuring Harley-Davidson bikes ran smoothly, and followed that up with 5 years slinging parts. He rode a Road King for many years before deciding to hang up his riding gear a few years ago. He now has a passion for both antiquing and shooting, he has always found joy in the finer details of life. Though his riding days are behind him, his dedication to the Harley-Davidson community remains unwavering.

My passion for Harley-Davidson® began in high school, inspired by my then-boyfriend—now my husband—who owned a Harley®. In 1994, I was thrilled to turn that passion into a career when I joined the team at CrossRoads Harley-Davidson. Three years later, I proudly purchased my first Harley-Davidson®: a 1200 Custom—in my favorite color, purple.
Today, I work in the MotorClothes® department, where I enjoy helping riders find their style—whether they're gearing up for the road or representing the brand off the bike. With over 30 years in the Harley-Davidson® community, I still find joy in connecting with fellow riders and sharing the excitement of the open road.
